The subject of Vaccines vs. Natural Immunity is very complex and has many different
sides to consider, so these are just some basic facts and ideas to think about..
Immunity
Germs and bacteria do not cause disease by themselves.
Disease occurs when the body’s immune system becomes weak and it’s resistance is low.
When the immune system is strong and working properly, germs and bacteria cause no problems
or a lighter version of the sickness that may even go unnoticed.
(Mack has never been vaccinated and yet a titer blood test shows his Parvo immunity levels to
be at 1:28. This means at some point in his first year he has come into contact with the virus
but never became sick or showed even minor symptoms of the disease what so ever.)
This quote is taken directly from the Merck Veterinary Dictionary re Parvovirus -
“Infected dogs are often asymptomatic. (showing no signs)
Clinical disease may be triggered by stress (eg, boarding), and clinical signs may be exacerbated by concurrent infection with opportunistic enteric pathogens (eg, Salmonella , C perfringens , E coli , Campylobacter , coronavirus, and various parasites)”
Some causes of a weak immune system in canines are malnutrition from eating an improper
diet, stress, poor physical condition/lack of exercise, toxin loads from flea and heartworm pesticides
or from preservatives in processed dog foods, chlorine and/or fluoride in their drinking water.
Vaccines
The immune system is very complex and consists of many elements that all come together to
protect the body. For the subject of vaccines I’ll concentrate on
the two major arms of the immune system that work to handle viruses -
“B-cells” which create antibody
and
“T-cells” which paralyze and eliminate viruses and bacteria (and cancer cells)
from the body after they have been coated with antibodies by the B-cells.
Both arms of the immune system are needed.
When a vaccine is given it stimulates B-cells only; to produce antibodies to that particular virus or bacteria. These antibody coated cells then circulate through the bloodstream. Vaccinating does not activate the T-cells to clean these cells out as would happen when a virus is introduced that natural way.
This creates a corruption in the immune system - creating these antibodies with no T-cells to
eliminate them. They are in constant circulation throughout the bloodstream and body
and create chronicinfection over time.
Injecting a virus into the bloodstream also goes against the way that nature handles viruses.
The respiratory tract of ALL mammals contain secretory IgA (an antibody which initiates the natural immune response) within the respiratory tract mucosa. Bypassing this mucosal aspect of the immune system by directly injecting organisms into the bloodstream leads to this corruption in the immune
system. As a result, the pathogenic viruses or bacteria cannot be eliminated by the immune system and remain in the body, where they will further grow and/or mutate as the individual is exposed to ever more antigens and toxins in the environment which continue to assault the immune system.
Further, using a vaccine that contains 5 or 7 different viruses at one time is an enormous assault against the body! Viruses effect a group or population one at a time - never as an assortment of 2 or 3 or 7!
Bodies were not designed to fight off the infections of 7 different virus all at one time.
There are also the adjuvants that are added to vaccines to weaken or kill the virus and/or kill contaminates. Adjuvants such as formaldehyde, aluminum, mercury and ethylene glycol that can
cause on going problems. Remember these toxins are being injected directly into your dog’s
bloodstream. Vaccine manufacturers are under no obligation to check vaccines for carcinogens.

SECTION 13 - DISPOSAL INFORMATION
Disposal procedure - Observe all local and national regulations when disposing of this mixture.
This product contains trace quantities of mercury and may qualify as a RCRA
Hazardous Waste. Status should be confirmed using the EPA
Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP).
So the empty vaccine vial needs to be disposed of as “hazardous waste”
but this toxic substance is injected into your animals bloodstream and
we think this will protect their health and not harm them?????
Many vaccines, including the rabies vaccine listed above. also contain Gentamicin, another ingredient
listed as hazardous. When gentamicin is given for too long, or at too high a dose it is toxic to certain kidney cells and directly causes progressive kidney failure (renal failure) in dogs.
To study the treatment of renal failure in dogs, a study was done in which the dogs intentionally had
their kidney’s damaged over the course of a 10 day period with the use of gentamicin.
Clinical and haemato-biochemical changes in gentamicin-induced renal failure in dogs
and its therapeutic management.
Then there are the protein sources that a vaccine virus is grown on. It can be any number
of hosts – monkey organs, pig blood or pancreas, chicken embryo - to name just a few.
This leaves the vaccine open to cross-contamination from another species.
The foreign tissue can NOT be separated from the virus in the vaccine, so it introduces to the
body a foreign DNA source. This is why vaccinating can cause autoimmune diseases, immune
suppression and allergies which contributes to an increased susceptibility to other infections.
Natural Immunity
The best type of immunity for life is natural immunity.
“Natural immunity” is a very complex system which involves many organs and systems in the body.
Dogs are born with and are given through their dam’s colostrum hundreds of antibodies that have
evolved within the species over decades and centuries.
I do not d believe in “tricking” the immune system by vaccinating.
A body must recognize the challenge of a virus or bacteria and overcome the agent on it’s own.
This can take time and effort on the part of the immune system. The immune system is so
complex and involves so many systems in the body that the process is beyond the
understanding that modern science has and we can’t even begin to realize what interfering
with this system can bring about in the future life of our animals and future generations.
Vaccines within the human and animal population are changed our genetic make-up.
I realize that whether to vaccinate or not, is a very personal decision that every pet owners has
to make on their own. We need to weigh the risks of both options and find where we are comfortable.
I am comfortable that nature knows what it is doing and has been doing for centuries.
