At Cat's Cradle Catahoulas  we are dedicated to preserving, fostering, and safeguarding the unique heritage of the natural bobtail Catahoula.

Education is our top priority.  Knowledge of the bobtail Catahoulas' place within the history of the breed, is of primary importance to truly understanding their rightful  ancestry.

We encourage responsible ownership and breeding in order to maintain the integrity of the bobtail  dog. These dogs must continue to retain the survival instinct, working  abilities, health, and intelligence, bequeathed them by their ancestors through centuries of natural selection.

Our goal is to protect  the genetic heritage of these dogs.
