The Necklace
The best gift I ever received is a necklace from a good friend of mine. He
gave it to me in a really sweet way. I was walking down the hall at church
and he came up behind me, handed me a bag and was gone. After I sat down, I
opened it up and inside was a box. In the box was the necklace. It was a
beautiful triangular stone on a silver chain. The necklace means a lot to me
because I have a big crush on him!
I met this special person when I was only two and we grew up in the same
church. He recently had a kidney transplant and we've learned currently that
his body is trying to reject it. This makes the necklace even more important
and special to me. It will always remain special to me, for life.
