In June of 1999, 10 Rovers, mostly from the West Connecticut Rover Club and the Toronto Area Rover Club, met in Minden, Ontario for a weekend of four-wheeling.  The weather was beautiful, if not a little hot, but the bugs were just terrible and had a negative effect on the trip.  At any rate the trail was great and was so flooded at the end that we couldn't make it all the way through.  We were about 200 feet from the roadway but a thick, muddy swamp stood in our way.  We back tracked and camped near a river for the night.  Plenty of winching and various recovery techniques were called upon several times.

Enjoy the pictures....

I had a slight problem with the electric fuel pump that day.  We got it going with the spare pump that I had and some rather ingenious wiring.  Thanks to all who helped out.
